We have more than 35 injection moulding machines, from 25 to 1600 tonnes clamping force. They produce 24/7. With this machinery, we make plastic products of a few grammes to over 10 kg and larger than 1 m². Our processes are fully automated and are specifically configured for each customer. The engineering is done completely in-house. The far-reaching in-house automation makes Didak Injection special in the production of large series.

Materials?
We process a wide array of materials, varying from bulk materials (PE, PP …) up to engineering plastics such as ABS, PP, POM …
Our engineers determine together with you which material has the best properties for your product. Didak Injection strongly invests in recycling. And this helps us reduce our ecological footprint. We are a pioneer in the use of regranulates in which we have gained quite a lot of know-how.
We are also familiar with the processing of a variety of additives including UV stabilisers, glass fibre …
In-house automation
Our injection moulding machinery is automated in-house according to the needs of each individual project. Thanks to this in-house engineering our machines work at extremely high speeds, allowing us to produce large volumes in a short period of time, even in the assembly of complex products. The supply of raw materials and the assembly continues day and night and automatically. This results in a lower burden of error, higher accuracy, faster cycle times and makes production less labour-intensive.

Techniques
Multi-component injection
With this technique, Didak Injection processes several materials with different properties, colours or levels of hardness into one end product in the same mould.
Gas injection
By means of gas injection, we produce hollow plastic products. After entirely or partially filling the mould with fluid plastic, we inject an inert gas under constant pressure. This is how a hollow wall is created. This technique offers extra freedom of form. Material saving and extra firmness are extra assets.
Insert moulding
Technique consisting of forming plastic around a non-plastic part, e.g. when placing an insert or reinforcing a plastic product.
Inmould labelling
Printed plastic foil is placed in the mould and is anchored in the product after the injection moulding.
Fibre-strengthened solutions
Application via in-mould labelling to reinforce your product in specific places.
Other printing techniques
Hot stamping, screen printing, automatic labelling.
Thanks to RFID we can provide your products with the necessary intelligence.
